Soccer conditioning starts today and will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week though the end of the semester. Conditioning will be held at the stadium from 3:00-4:00. Conditioning is open to any high school student interested in playing soccer this season. Returning middle school players are also encouraged to come out for conditioning as well. Attending conditioning does not guarantee a spot on the roster, but could be considered when making roster decisions.
In order to participate, students must have a physical on file with the school. Athletes will also need to bring cleats, tennis shoes, and appropriate athletic wear each day. Please check the weather reports to make sure you’re bringing appropriate clothing for running in December.
Students playing winter sports should complete that sport before coming out to soccer. The winter sport will be considered that athlete’s conditioning. If an athlete quits a winter sport to start soccer, they cannot participate in soccer until the is finished for that winter sport.
