Multiple Teams · Spring Sports Conditioning


This year, all spring sports will  be conditioning with Coach Pitman, our strength and conditioning coach, throughout the season. Conditioning will be from 2:40-3:30. Once the conditioning workouts are finished, athletes will report to their normal practice facility for sport specific practices.

Monday and Wednesday-  all students without a weight training class will report to the weight room 2:40-3:30. (Students that have weight training during the school day will report directly to practice)

Tuesday and Thursday- speed school for all sports. 2:45-3:30 on the new practice field by the career academy.
